Downfall is looking for AMAZING prospective players
CURRENT RAIDING SCHEDULE:
Saturday: 10m ICC HM's
We're currently not looking for "specific" classes, but more so good players in general. If you feel like you're qualified, please post an application. If you're unsure, you're welcome to post an application too; it never hurts to try.
Make sure you take the time to research the guild environment and what's expected of you if you're not sure and determine if you would be a good candidate. Here's some traits that an ideal applicant would possess:
- Provide WOL/WMOlogs (World of Logs, WoW Meter Online) to detail their skill and abilities.
- Be extremely knowledgeable about their class as well as the boss encounters.
- Have the majority of the gear they need from Trial of the Grand Crusader(25) and normal Icecrown Citadel.
- Be self-sufficient and come to raids prepared with all consumables they will need for any given raid.
- Have gear that is gemmed and enchanted optimally (epic gems, no cheap enchants).
- Glyphs and Talents are up-to-date.
- Have a microphone and be able to use Ventrilo during raids. Not communicating pertinent information over Ventrilo is a huge detractor.
- Have a stable Internet connection. If you disconnect regularly, do not waste our time applying.
- Have 90%+ attendence for an extended period of time. We're not looking for players who can only play reliably during certain times of year.
- Be able to think for themselves and take initiative during raids, however, following directions is crucial too.
- Have extensive raiding experience.
Things of this nature take time; considering and evaluating a potential candidate and doesn't happen overnight. Please allow us some time to review your application and make sure you check your private messages on our forums (turn on e-mail notifications for private mesasges if you don't want to frequent this forum). Please refrain from bothering members regarding your "situation," or bumping your thread, as it only causes an annoyance.
